I'm sure that is the question many of us have. My intention was to never sell my shares. When the buyback was mentioned on this forum I was waiting for the buyback offer, not intending to take up the offer. The payment arrived in my account 1 week prior to receiving the buyback offer document.
Prior to receiving the document, I thought that it was a forced sale and wasn't optional. I'm hoping my thought that the previous ruling went to the registered holders who incurred the loss and should also be the same for any future outcome, if any.
