Hmmmm. Any thoughts on the minimum 40% of EBITDA that has to go back in to rehabilitation?
Hardly surprised. No such thing as a free lunch with these sort of deals.
The market is going to be hard pressed to put a dollar figure on this imo. A little bit unconventional.
