Aure, it's called churning........they place orders on buy and sell sides, and in this case continue to pile up small parcel orders on the sell side to give the appearance of sellers building,...........then they sell the odd parcel into their own buys...........in this case they push the sp down and in the process, draw in other sellers, which they gladly pick-up.......so they end up with more than shares they started with..........hence the accumulation, while keeping the sp where they want it.

Not all orders on the buy side are theirs obviously, which can put the brakes on their merry manipulation, ..............if the order is big enough and they are not willing to push through it, they wait until someone else sells through it by making the sell side look as busy as possible (selling presure) and the odd small parcel sold into it, .........then carry on as before...........this tactic can go on for any length of time...........and it's easily done with thinly traded stocks like PSA.............

............you may wonder why a player would go to so much trouble to do all this,...........well obviously they have plans!

I may have it all wrong..........but I have seen it all before with other stocks.
