Saberx - you might like to check out CWP , who at present have 4 apartment developments on the go. However they are mainly into land, commercial and residential projects around Aussie. They are well managed and have a great track record and yield about 5.4% FF, only paying out about 50% of profits.
I like FRI and sold a whilst back in March '15. I'm waiting patiently to re-enter.
