If you were an existing Holder A of say 2m shares - say an average price of 30c, so you've put in $600. Then we have Holder B who has say 1,000 shares at same price, so has kicked in $300.
You're saying that both would have the right to purchase 1m shares at 5c? Do you think Holder A might have an issue with the dilution of his holding????
Or are you talking an pro-rata rights entitlement where you're given the option to buy relative to your existing holding??
