In 2013, KKR paid $70m for Santano's 2100ha plantation. Quintis owned 3,631ha, it worth $120m. That's 2013 price.

Quintis has $90m cash.

Quintis bought Mt Romance in 2008 ($28.6m), Mt Romance revenue was $13.9m. In 2016, Mt Romance EBITDA was $11m, how much is Mt Romance worth now?

Quintis bought Santalis&ViroXis in 2015 ($31m).

Let's assume none of these asset appreciated all these years. 120+90+28.6+31=$270

Current Market Cap is $115m.

Of course, Quintis has $337m debt, but it matures in 2023, and I didn't count the other assets and assets appreciation at all.
