The guy has dumped his shares in RAP and ALC each time they have been released to him. My understanding is that he is released another 18 million or so in July? If he sells again, how can we honestly have him as managing director?

If RAP receives FDA approval we will be having him trying to talk to commercial partners and all they need to say is "wait a minute if you believe in this thing so much why did you sell all your shares". Not a good look.
