The time to consolidate was two years ago when FAR was talking certain institutions about investing and they couldn't because the SP was in the penny dreadful realm (still is). Talks of consolidation on HC were howled down, now nary a word of disapproval as the idea rises from the ashes.
I wonder what the SP could have been now as a result of a sensible consolidation back then and our success since?
Anyway, I'll believe we'll consolidate only when it happens and not before.
