    Why'd you reckon odds are against Portugal? Biggest lithium reserve in Europe and renewable energy to boost. Also a port which can allow ships to 190,000ton.

    It's missing an existing structure to upgrade to a giga but will Musk not want to construct a new landmark from scratch to announce the arrival of Tesla Giga in Europe.
