building for take-off?

won't hear from me often - just got interested in the chatter about mul - of which I hold a fair swag. couple of comments; if any truth to wow rumour maybe mul people have already done the hard yards with them over past 12 -18 months - and it's not all ahead of them. also
volumes may be anticipation/positioning for expected revenue flows from oct.1 - and hoped for new day for mul? hanging in 'til then or longer.
