Excuse my confusion... a question

It has been stated that BLRs advantage is that its tenements are situated within 30 km of an existing uranium mill. All good.

But it has also been staed that BLR will utilise ISR extraction of the u. Now if BLR are using ISR why do they need the proximity of the mill? My understanding is that ISR does not require a mill, just holding ponds etc

Which one is it? ISR or digging the stuff up?

Have I missed something here?
