Whilst the company has said no in the past the new number of shares make it easier to provide a dividend even if it is 1c per share.
A small dividend like that would be inexpensive by comparison to the revenue being generated by Mt Cattlin. - A drop in the ocean by comparison.
A dividend would also indicate that the company is going well which would have a positive affect on the share price.
The consolidation doesn't appear to have done much good for the share price and I see it this way.. The problem by not providing a dividend is that the only way to make money on this stock is to buy and sell which goes against one of the very reasons the board wanted to consolodate.
