I would say that the article is a fair assessment. I asked many of the questions and tried to drill down to get replies that made sense to me. It was not heated as such with people yelling or being rude but it could have been seen as being heated in the sense that shareholders were not buying what they were being told (and I said this to the BOD). Having said this I have to say that the article, I feel, did not highlight any of the positive things that were said in the meeting. Jemsoft staff are/were working on an XPE project. XPE bought them out for half of what their fees would have been for the work XPE requires of them (this was said in the meeting). I was OK with this as it makes financial sense to me. There were, as has been reported, other positive things said such as Lenze cloud testing and the BLE mesh porting. This is why I felt conflicted when I left as I was not fully satisfied with the responses to some questions but I was pleased with some of the progress being made. Clear as mud I hope!
