The answer is that the majority of shareholders have assumed that the new directors would be voted in and so haven't bothered to vote or send in a valid proxy.
There's then a party that has voted with about 50m votes against these new blokes.
I suspect management have been blindsided by this development otherwise shareholders would have been receiving phone calls...
