I hope it's not another dilution. Debt funding, Forward sales of product, even a JV over the cobalt would be acceptable IMHO, but additional shares offered at a hefty discount to "Sophisticats" is always disadvantaging smaller long-term holders who are at the limit at their risk exposure.
