The tangled relationship with Macquarie details now revealed and the effort needed to mange the complexity of it make it clearer why " 80 parties " have not energetically progressed their initial data room access and expressed interests. This level of detail should have been made known to shareholders and much more timely and planning for the future type discussions done with shareholders long ago. It is clear cottee must leave along with the whole board. A new CEO and Board will need to be dedicated able and enthusiastic and engage shareholders regularly to realise future potential. I voted AGAINST the scheme when it was first announced and maintain that vote.
