Exactly, it's one of those two investors that holds the key. The holders that make up the remaining 2.39% will play no part or have any influence on the merger.
If the merger doesn't happen (this is a honest question) then why would those 2.39% be worth a premium and to who ?
And if the merger does happen then the same question applies, why would those 2.39% be worth a premium and to who ?
