The small 2.4% holding has value as will be compulsarily acquired at price institutions offered. TMR is in trouble stuff all cash in bank close to one billion shares on issue, and nil synergies. The large institutions know this, these are big players who know more than you and I, and believe HC has backed TMR into a very tight corner. HC thought he had the institutions in the bag, I feel the institutions may not have been impressed by the bullying tone of the May 30 2007 announcement. And these large players, may have thought who is this small time player with a solitary mine in Latin America, with high cash burn and virtually nil cash in the bank to be threatening us.
