I just read a report about a chinese nickel company about to list in hong kong and raise US300 million. their only asset is a yet to produce nickel laterite deposit in the phillipines which is 90 million tonnes at 1.3%.
Interestingly, like RML, they have two strategies to develop it, one is to produce ferro nickel pig iron, and the other is to treat the nickel laterite.
