    Hi All

I’ve been a little concerned with the ARD share price lately so I decided to speak with David Busch (CEO) yesterday and after our conversation I came away feeling extremely confident that ARD will be a major winner for shareholders. David was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with.  In my opinion ARD has a first class team and is a very well run company with enormous upside.

David pretty much confirmed everything that has been communicated over the last few months and our discussion reassured me as to why I invested in ARD in the first place.  I continue to be really excited to be part of the ARD journey so I thought I’d share my thoughts on what makes ARD such a good investment to help appease other shareholders that may be nervous with the current low share price and market negativity.

    Kempfield
    - Located in a proven area with plenty of profitable mines.
    - Drilling completed.
    - Mineral extensions identified and resource remains open.
    - Resource currently at 21.8 mt and deposit looks likely to double.
    - Infill of 5,000m is underway.
    - Resource is shallow which makes it more economical to mine.
    - ARD’s new processing method is much cheaper than the conventional methods which makes it even more profitable given it’s a shallow resource.
    - From my calculations the NSW Government has contributed approximately $400,000 towards this project to-date which is a major fee kick and endorsement for ARD.

    West Wyalong
    - Strike is now 2km long
    - Diamond drilling has finished.
    - ARD is awaiting assay results which have been delayed at the labs due to events out of ARD’s conrol.
    - ARD has sent 70% of the entire DD core length to the labs for sampling even though assay testing is very expensive.  From what I understand industry norm is to only send around 30% of the core lengths for testing given the expense so imo the cores must have showed something really special throughout them.  Otherwise why wouldn’t you just pick the best 30%?
    - ARD has increasing its interest from 51% to 70% through its “earn in” arrangement which is 50% paid for by the NSW Government.  How good is that!
    - Exploration expenditure to continue on joint venture agreement terms with customary 70/30 expenditure contribution or dilution provision.
    - This project is potentially more rich cream on top of the success I believe Kempfield will deliver Shareholders.

    Loch Lilly
    - About to start and is endorsed by the famous Dr Tony Crawford who I understand provided the original direction to the Nova discovery.
    - Not only would I say that this project has a very high probability of success given who is backing it but it also provides huge upside on top of the other 2 projects ARD has on the go.
    - ARD are getting a “51% earn in” which is 75% paid for by the NSW Government.  Again how good is that!
    - This project will also be even more potential rich cream on top of Kempfield and West Wyalong.

On top of all this ARD recently raised $2.28m before costs from their oversubscribed capital raising on top of the NSW Government funding so they will have plenty of money in the bank for the next 6 plus months.

With all the above I don’t understand how the share price can remain this low with such a high quality management team and everything that is happening across ARD’s 3 projects but I am very confident the market will soon realise just how good ARD is.

    Cheers SandyC
