To many grey areas with option holder wearing the costs,managements failure to deliver,
adds extra costs to option holders.This as most know is fact that management have failed in the last 2 option conversion(as most share holders did not understand the time dealing with India--after this long process with multiple tec options available, with no substance regarding concrete/these comments by management insult s/h in my opinion). Just a few thoughts.

They will not provide finance per se. All they are doing is extending the expiry for a further 3 years and will receive interest as a result from option holders for the privilege. This gives the company much needed cash flow.

Alternatively, the options expire next month worthless and ECT does another fast finance.
