Hmmm absolutely time for a Board Member change - 25 Years is wayyyyyy too long to be a board member, period, this is not healthy IMO for any company ..... but especially for this company, which has not been a good performer for Shareholders.
Not sure I like or trust the new sponsored board appointment arrangement, but this is legal and I am hoping the new blood will make a huge difference. Just maybe the new Board Member can work miracles to suit both Global Energy and the other Shareholders. I strongly doubt it, but we are at the stage where almost anything is worth a try.
