Received today my proxy form and notice of general meeting
I thought it was unusual that the proxy form did not include my HIN number!
Also, there was no envelope with address to mail the form to!!
Maybe the management does not want the shareholders to vote on sensitive business like options and remuneration for directors which are three of the four items!!!!
