I dont know whether anyone else saw ( and kept quiet about ) a lady who was complaining a lot on twitter about her battery life and delays in getting help. This saga had ended with a tweet that one of the founders of the company had contacted her to troubleshoot. That was a couple of weeks ago and nothing further. She has now tweeted:
"Loving my @nuheara earbuds! Especially since dev team had such great "bedside manner" troubleshooting my struggles! YAY! AUSSIE BROGRAMMERS!"
