These should be delisted now. They hold no benefit to anyone. Paladin has 80% holding and dont need aproval of anyone to do what they want.
Shareholders buying in now will get no real say, and are really just waiting to see what Areva does. Even Areva is stuck now, holding 10% of a company that is 80% owned by paladin, and they paid a much higher price than the current share price.
Not surprising PDN is up 3% and SMM down 5%...
