Pfizer aren't handing out "research grants", which makes the process sound a little routine.
I believe the OTC/003 co operative trials being conducted are more advanced than yr assumption of a casual, run of the mill trial of a new technology( the Oromist IP). If Pfizer find this new drug delivery technology to be proven and still improveable then they may have a new, advanced method of drug delivery to add to there clinical reportoire?
This could be used in numerous Pfizer OTC/ pharmaceuticals. And at a potentially very competitive valuation.
It's the patented hydrptrope technology that is what pharma companies are after.
They need to do their own trials on someone else's technology.
If Pfizer don't want it then some other company might, but I doubt that scenario!!
