    If the parent company was selling 100% of their holding, then I would be worried - but they're not. In fact they're selling less than 3% of their holding.

    Another reason they could be selling is to cash up so they can convert their options early.

    If something was not right, do you think they would be selling without being investigated by ASIC.

    IMO everything is above board...and a great time to be buying.
