    SP keeps dropping make me think maybe here is a takeover deal is discussing. And the price of the offer will be based on 30 days average price plus some premium. Therefore, the lower price could make their offer more attactive and reasonable. It really happened before for other shares, eg TYC and AZR.
    Is any possibility for this?
