Try Item 4.10.9 from http://www.asx.com.au/documents/rules/Chapter04.pdf which is why Top 20 shareholders are listed. As for RJ not being in the latest Top 20, it hasn't been hard to be knocked out in the past 12 months. Try going back a little later.
