After reading horse976's first post, I came to the opinion that perhaps the person on the other end of the phone at TLS had some trouble understanding just what it was that horse976 had an issue or issues with?
He said he had a few issues. jesus, I bet the person at the other end of the line went for the tissues after 10mins of horse976 trying to tell them who he was and what his issue was!
Sometimes horse976, I have problems explaining myself especially if I have a negative outlook from the start.
Spending months of research before you made an effort to ring with your issue, was your downfall. imo
Perhaps you got what you wanted and set out for.
