I received an email from Central Petroleum yesterday advocating I vote "FOR" the Scheme Resolution. In my view this would serve only to benefit the current BOD and indeed their very survival. I immediately sent it hurtling into the cyber trash bin. Voting "AGAINST" the Scheme Resolution along with the election of a new BOD replacement, who have the interests of the shareholders as their premier objective, is the best way to achieve value for our investment. Let us send the iconoclastic Old Guard on their way.
