I can't believe the share price is still above $1.00. Fair value looks around 60 cents to me. Dump this puppy before it gets re-rated appropriately.
Then you can buy back much more cheaply - should you want to take the risk of more capital raising for Phase III trials. This one is bleeding cash so fast that its pulse is very, very weak.
Sell.
