I've never seen so much twitching between the Torah and the common law, with so many dots between them, just to explain one's identity. English dictionaries are brought forth, whole sections of religious scibles are scrutinized for the purpose of PROVING who and what they are. The result? A Simpson's interpretation: "It is written... therefore it is mine!"
I went away for a while and came back just to see if anything has changed. What a surprise! Ghost is still an idiot, Snooker is still a carrier of books from which he selects his little bits of dogma, and Yak somewhere in between.
And then, of course the usual cliches of martyrdom and virgins!
GWBush just said Hussein had nothing to do with the towers disaster, Blitz just said the English and the Americans (meaning No 10 and Washington) pushed on with their warmongering even though there was (nor still is) any evidence of threat by Iraq. America was the only one to stick its hand up for approving Israel's murderous intent. One can go on ad nauseum but the Snooks of this world go on pulling their little books out and saying "it is written..." (three thousand bloody years ago but desert idiots who knew not who they were!)
