Because its deposit is in sandstone. Which makes it easy and cheap to mine. Also because it is likely CUY will have the next uranium mine in Australia and they will be producing in a year or two if all goes well (no more rain delays, red tape etc).
A large number of mining ops never exploit the resources they find. CUY looks pretty darn sure they are actually going to dig it up.
$2 is around $70 million mkt cap, fully diluted its more 100mill or so (I haven't calculated the fully diluted).
