So they have acknowledged that Frank Wilson knew about the end of Galderma but didn't disclose it... which had to be the case all along. Wonder what repercussions he can face personally for that... And again, surely it makes it impossible for him to be allowed to take part in any takeover bid at a low price - talk about a conflict of interest: Which leaves us teetering on the edge unfortunately...
With the current cash position a massive dilution is assured if it does resume trading at all...
