BWN's Off-market takeover offer for RCI appears well timed and well priced to succeed. The Bhushan MOU gives BWN very deep pockets and I expect this will be the first of many acquisitions for BWN over the coming months. Interesting to see how BWN leverages its extensive uranium assets in QLD and WA, and builds its "energy" business.
