I see a lot of people here talkign about moving to cash fearing a large market correction.
Wouldnt it be better to be investing in the assets such as Gold, Yen, Government Bonds, that would profit in the case of a market correction? Or even shorting the market ?
HML are a good example of this, they choose to trade all markets globally and all asset classes. Essentially nothing is off the table, they will look to make profit wherever they see opportunities. I try and construct my portfolio in a similar manner.
Also too much of a bias to Australian stocks, people really should be much more diversified imo.
