Some may not have noticed that PEN's announcement of the Entitlement Issue was posted on the ASX at 7:19pm.
The details are:
Those entitled are offered, at 6 cents each, 1 share for every 10 held at the record date, plus 1 free attaching option which is exercisable for 10 cents on or before 30 June 2010.
The important dates are:
Lodgement of Prospectus with ASIC & ASX: 5 June 2007
Securities quoted Ex Entitlement: 7 June 2007
Record date for determining entitlements: 14 June 2007
Prospectus despatched to shareholders: 20 June 2007
Closing date of offer: 5 July 2007
Allotment & despatch of holding statements:12 July2007
There is a footnote stating that these dates COULD be changed without notice.
