nothing much has changed

Ist time i have looked at the SRX thread for some 3 or 4 months. Good to see not much has changed. Pheenom still going hard at it, not many people posting and company grossly undervalued.

I think I said last time SRX is the type of company you buy and then put in the bottom draw and review every 12 months or so. The case still holds true. SRX will be a $7, $10 and $20 company some time in the future - when I have no idea (not the next couple of months as Pheenom thinks but also not in the distant future). They have achieved so much in the last 7 years compared to just about every other biotech in Australia. Yet they have a market cap of only $200m. They are growing sales at plus 30% (3rd Qtr by 54%) and have gross margins of approx 80%.They are years ahead of any competition in their selected field and only have scratched the surface as far penatration goes in the USA - not to mention the rest of the world. The only real drawback is the UWA legal case but at the end of the day this is only a risk management issue. Worst case outcome would be issuing more stock to give to the UWA - not a real drama given only approx 57m shares on issues.

This company has the potential to be a great success story. I still cry in my sleep that I didn't get on board CSL when they were $2.00. A fool never makes the same mistake twice. Hold and accumulate and you will sleep well.
