It is too late to help Unilife now but followers should read this article that was just published. It is a fairly comprehensive report on the industry.

The one item that jumped out at me was the very first part on prefilled syringes. You can draw your own conclusions but based on Unilife's contracts for sales of PS's prior to Shortall's departure, it seems as if the New Management made a significant error in discontinuing that line of products.
