- Consideration in connection with offer by Rio Tinto Finance (USA) Limited for its 3.750 per cent notes due 2021 is $1,066.93
- Consideration payable by Rio Tinto Finance has been set at $1,057.76 for its 3.500 percent notes due 2022 and $1,028.77 for its 2.875 percent notes due 2022
