    Deansy - I would think it will make a difference - Mega have a number of companies in Aust and so there is significant incentive for drillers to treat them well. As far as takeover bids go - It will depend on the mood of the SIM directors - If they don't want a takeover they may have stipulated as part of the cap raising that Mega were not to pursue this - I would think though that MEGA will want to run the show in time - I believe all the other companies they bought a stake in they ended up buying out.

    Could be an interesting couple of months if they start accumulating SIM - with the small number of shares and the limited number up for sale we could see some very serious re-rating in the near term!

    SIM are a better buy now than they were at 50c IMO.
