This is fair - the Gas Market Reform Group published its prelim recommendations and EY will need to see what effect the proposed reforms will have.
I suspect the change to valuation will be fairly small and not enough for EY to change its recommendation, because I think the changes will be captured in the uncertainty around their gas price assumptions. But the changes are positive for companies like CTP, particularly the ability to request arbitration.
