    I agree with Prato.

    Feels like they are playing a bit of stick and carrot on us here.

    They gave us the stick and we didn't really budge.

    Now they'll offer us some carrot to see if that moves us along.

    Suggest we stay strong, especially before any words like "final offer" are used...
