    June 7 (Reuters) - Spark Infrastructure Group (SKI)

    • Etsa Utilities Finance Pty Ltd, funding vehicle for SA Power Networks, has executed a $250 million 4 year syndicated debt facility
    • 4 year syndicated debt facility will be used to repay Australian Medium Term Note debt maturing on 7 Sept 2017
    • Etsa Utilities Finance has entered into a $300 million 6 month bridge facility pending another debt issue
