Yes, mistakes have been made and I have expressed my concerns to the appropriate people and in the appropriate way.
I still take full responsibility for my original investment decision and should I continue to hold (which I do), I do so with consideration and will accept whatever the outcome; positive or negative.

For me, investing is one person's guess against another. I'm sure the person who's stock I originally bought, believes they were on the correct end of the transaction and time will tell whether that is the case.

At the end of the day, this endless continuum that is the stock market, throws up countless opportunities of risk and reward.
It is my opinion only, that PVD right now at 3.6c has it's risk heavily favoured to the upside.
