IF....and its a big IF they get that $1.2m on Friday from Accelerated that will give CLZ a EV of $2.2m which is really shell value so there is not a brass razoo being placed on the FPA project. Spoke to a good broker who knows a lot about this end of the market and he said under normal circumstances (ie with good management) and with the project they have this should be MC around the $10m mark !!!
