solimar accepts livingstone offer

Solimar shareholders have accepted the Livingstone offer - positive news for LPL and effectively gives shareholders 23 days (until the GM) to "think about it" before accepting. Livingstone will only be too wary that Ventura must come in positive for shareholders to pass back value to Solimar's holders.

This is good news for LPL. Kinda like having a free 23 day option.

Being on Ventura - all signs are stacking up right that Ventura will bring home the bacon for the directors.
