The most important aspect of any company is management.

The idea that the dazzling duo will come back and then be the butt of jokes in the press by dredging the whole thing up again is appalling. How? by suing the airline and attempting to take civil action against the criminal charges they brought on themselves in a vain retaliatory attack.

The best thing they could do IMHO is to say "OK we went overboard on the plane, we were abusive because.... We have an anger/drug/booze whatever problem which we acknowledge and are seeking therapy......"

"We unreservedly apologise to the airline and the crew for our actions and to the Company and our shareholders and tend our resignation to the Board"

Clean, fast simple and everyone comes away winners with face intact. The share price goes north rapidly.

But it wont happen.
