If you're wanting to play a re-rating courtesy of a TSX listing have a look at MDL. Sabodala is a high(er) grade open cut operation, based in Senegal with a 7 year tax free holiday. The Zircon operation has a 15 year tax holiday and will generate more value than the gold. There may be a need for a small equity raising (originally not), but far smaller than $100m stated by OGD. MDL is also a far leaner, cost focussed company than OGD, fundamentaly cheaper with better assets.
